Design Flooring have re-carpeted four of our bedrooms in three separate fittings over the past year. From our first visit to their showroom to the final fitting, the level of customer service has been outstanding. We are delighted with the quality of the carpets as well as the attention to detail when fitting and we have no hesitation in recommending them. An excellent company.

I have recently had a flood and Design Flooring Cirencester came in to do the large repair and re-laying of sections of the wooden floor. They have done the most amazing job and I would never know that the flood had happened, I can hardly believe it! I am so grateful for their expertise. Excellent service and product – again! Design Flooring were recommended to me 2 years ago and I’ve used them to lay carpet twice now. They have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on both occasions – everybody I’ve come into contact with has been great, from Ruth in the showroom to Tom and Andy and the team. They communicate at all stages so you always know the plan and the cost and, importantly, the end result is great. Cirencester Design Flooring fitted out kitchen flooring 3y ago and are currently providing our bathroom flooring, they will continue to be our first choice in the future! The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, really brilliant service. The flooring selection is fantastic – we go to the Cirencester shop and they have a huge number of samples which are beautifully displayed.

Over two days DFC helped move some of my furniture, cleared out the old carpets, and laid a fantastic floor. Good guys and conscientious skilled workers. Called them back for a minor issue a few weeks later, which they sorted immediately without fuss. 100 % recommended!

Excellent Service. Good Old Fashioned Customer Service. Professional, Prompt and have really good knowledge. I’m a rather ‘fussy’ customer. They made me feel at ease and like I had time to select and choose my flooring without pushy sales or any hint of annoyance. Taking different samples and several trips to the showroom. Excellent fitting service, taking away all of the old existing flooring. Excellent and will go back for all of my flooring needs. Fantastic
