They made me feel at ease and like I had time to select and choose my flooring without pushy sales or any hint of annoyance. Taking different samples and several trips to the showroom. This was not a simple job, the previous floor was a complete mess, but Tom and Andy approached the job with a positive “can do” attitude and we are very impressed with the result. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, really brilliant service. The flooring selection is fantastic – we go to the Cirencester shop and they have a huge number of samples which are beautifully displayed.
