Have recently had a wooden floor laid in our dining room. We would highly recommend design flooring as a company. The work was completed to a very high standard from the initial meeting to discuss options to the day when the floor was fitted in a highly professional way.

What a fantastic company Design Flooring is! A professional, friendly company. Right from our first email contact, to looking at samples, choosing the carpet and having our stair carpet fitted , everything was wonderful. Ruth and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and Viv, who fitted the carpet took time to chat through our options. Our the stairs weren’t straight forward, with an unusal platform but the care Viv took with every section has resulted in a perfectly carpeted area. Our experience with Design Flooring can’t be faulted, we would highly recommend!

I have recently had a flood and Design Flooring Cirencester came in to do the large repair and re-laying of sections of the wooden floor. They have done the most amazing job and I would never know that the flood had happened, I can hardly believe it! I am so grateful for their expertise. This was a very difficult project but Andy and his team did an excellent job and found solutions to all the issues that arose…just leaving me to enjoy a fabulous wooden floor. This was a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. We had great advice about choice of flooring, the measuring was quick and efficient, and Paul, the fitter did a fantastic job. We’ve just had Karndean laid in our hallway, kitchen and dining rooms. There were a few difficulties to overcome, such as a slightly uneven floor in places, but Andy and the team took it in their stride and we are very pleased with the result. Efficient service and customer communication was excellent – all of our many emailed questions and requests were answered almost straightaway! Highly recommended.
