We’ve used Design Flooring Cirencester to lay Karndean throughout the ground floor of our house. This was not a simple job, the previous floor was a complete mess, but Tom and Andy approached the job with a positive “can do” attitude and we are very impressed with the result. Pricing was fair and communication was great throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Karndean flooring and Viv, the fitter, was very professional and friendly. He fitted the floor in less than three days and left everything spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, really brilliant service. The flooring selection is fantastic – we go to the Cirencester shop and they have a huge number of samples which are beautifully displayed.

Provided an estimate quickly and effectively by email. Unlike some local carpet shops they do not charge for giving you a quote which is the way it should be done.

Over two days DFC helped move some of my furniture, cleared out the old carpets, and laid a fantastic floor. Good guys and conscientious skilled workers. Called them back for a minor issue a few weeks later, which they sorted immediately without fuss. 100 % recommended!

We’ve just had Karndean laid in our hallway, kitchen and dining rooms. There were a few difficulties to overcome, such as a slightly uneven floor in places, but Andy and the team took it in their stride and we are very pleased with the result. Efficient service and customer communication was excellent – all of our many emailed questions and requests were answered almost straightaway! Highly recommended.
