Having spoken on a few occasions in the past for advice we were pleased to accept Tom’s competitive quotation for replacement Karndean flooring in our kitchen/diner. He was quick to respond to our initial enquiry & not disuaded by the existing sloping ceramic floor. Subsequent issues ahead of installation were helpfully answered putting us at our ease. What a fantastic company Design Flooring is! A professional, friendly company. Right from our first email contact, to looking at samples, choosing the carpet and having our stair carpet fitted , everything was wonderful. Ruth and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and Viv, who fitted the carpet took time to chat through our options. Our the stairs weren’t straight forward, with an unusal platform but the care Viv took with every section has resulted in a perfectly carpeted area.
