Cirencester Design Flooring fitted out kitchen flooring 3y ago and are currently providing our bathroom flooring, they will continue to be our first choice in the future! The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, really brilliant service. The flooring selection is fantastic – we go to the Cirencester shop and they have a huge number of samples which are beautifully displayed.

We’ve just had Karndean laid in our hallway, kitchen and dining rooms. There were a few difficulties to overcome, such as a slightly uneven floor in places, but Andy and the team took it in their stride and we are very pleased with the result. Efficient service and customer communication was excellent – all of our many emailed questions and requests were answered almost straightaway! Highly recommended.

What a fantastic company Design Flooring is! A professional, friendly company. Right from our first email contact, to looking at samples, choosing the carpet and having our stair carpet fitted , everything was wonderful. Ruth and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and Viv, who fitted the carpet took time to chat through our options. Our the stairs weren’t straight forward, with an unusal platform but the care Viv took with every section has resulted in a perfectly carpeted area. We’ve used Design Flooring Cirencester to lay Karndean throughout the ground floor of our house. This was not a simple job, the previous floor was a complete mess, but Tom and Andy approached the job with a positive “can do” attitude and we are very impressed with the result.
