Right from our first email contact, to looking at samples, choosing the carpet and having our stair carpet fitted , everything was wonderful. Ruth and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and Viv, who fitted the carpet took time to chat through our options. Our the stairs weren’t straight forward, with an unusal platform but the care Viv took with every section has resulted in a perfectly carpeted area.
