We’ve used Design Flooring Cirencester to lay Karndean throughout the ground floor of our house. This was not a simple job, the previous floor was a complete mess, but Tom and Andy approached the job with a positive “can do” attitude and we are very impressed with the result. Excellent Customer Service and Fitting I have used Design Flooring three times and they have provided great service. Andy, who works in the Bristol showroom, is very knowledgeable and gives good advice about different options. Fitters arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently with good attention to detail. What a fantastic company Design Flooring is! A professional, friendly company. Right from our first email contact, to looking at samples, choosing the carpet and having our stair carpet fitted , everything was wonderful. Ruth and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and Viv, who fitted the carpet took time to chat through our options. Our the stairs weren’t straight forward, with an unusal platform but the care Viv took with every section has resulted in a perfectly carpeted area. Our experience with Design Flooring can’t be faulted, we would highly recommend!

Excellent Service. Good Old Fashioned Customer Service. Professional, Prompt and have really good knowledge. I’m a rather ‘fussy’ customer. They made me feel at ease and like I had time to select and choose my flooring without pushy sales or any hint of annoyance. Taking different samples and several trips to the showroom. Excellent fitting service, taking away all of the old existing flooring. Excellent and will go back for all of my flooring needs. Fantastic
