They made me feel at ease and like I had time to select and choose my flooring without pushy sales or any hint of annoyance. Taking different samples and several trips to the showroom. Provided an estimate quickly and effectively by email. Unlike some local carpet shops they do not charge for giving you a quote which is the way it should be done.
