I have recently had a flood and Design Flooring Cirencester came in to do the large repair and re-laying of sections of the wooden floor. They have done the most amazing job and I would never know that the flood had happened, I can hardly believe it! I am so grateful for their expertise. They really are brilliant and I will always go to them in the future. The original floor laid in 2019… A stunning wooden floor – thank you. This was a very difficult project but Andy and his team did an excellent job and found solutions to all the issues that arose…just leaving me to enjoy a fabulous wooden floor. Their work is of the highest quality and their ‘can-do’ approach was invaluable. I do not believe anyone else would have done as good a job. I am hugely grateful and would recommend them every time. Excellent Customer Service and Fitting I have used Design Flooring three times and they have provided great service. Andy, who works in the Bristol showroom, is very knowledgeable and gives good advice about different options. Fitters arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently with good attention to detail. They are polite and always do a professional job.

Provided an estimate quickly and effectively by email. Unlike some local carpet shops they do not charge for giving you a quote which is the way it should be done.

We’ve used Design Flooring Cirencester to lay Karndean throughout the ground floor of our house. This was not a simple job, the previous floor was a complete mess, but Tom and Andy approached the job with a positive “can do” attitude and we are very impressed with the result. Pricing was fair and communication was great throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We’ve just had Karndean laid in our hallway, kitchen and dining rooms. There were a few difficulties to overcome, such as a slightly uneven floor in places, but Andy and the team took it in their stride and we are very pleased with the result.
