The flooring selection is fantastic – we go to the Cirencester shop and they have a huge number of samples which are beautifully displayed.

Having spoken on a few occasions in the past for advice we were pleased to accept Tom’s competitive quotation for replacement Karndean flooring in our kitchen/diner. He was quick to respond to our initial enquiry & not disuaded by the existing sloping ceramic floor. Subsequent issues ahead of installation were helpfully answered putting us at our ease. I was looking to re-do my bathroom floor and saw some lovely tiles in this shop. They supplied and fitted the floor within 2-3 weeks, and did a superb job. I would definitely go back again.

Provided an estimate quickly and effectively by email. Unlike some local carpet shops they do not charge for giving you a quote which is the way it should be done.

Excellent Customer Service and Fitting I have used Design Flooring three times and they have provided great service. Andy, who works in the Bristol showroom, is very knowledgeable and gives good advice about different options. Fitters arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently with good attention to detail. They are polite and always do a professional job.
